NEW APPOINTMENTS AT NICKERSON DIRECT WILL BENEFIT FARMERS
Nickerson Direct, the UK’s only specialist sales force supplying seed directly from breeder to farmer, has announced a number of new appointments which will further improve the company’s service throughout the country. The business now incorporates three sales regions, each under a Regional Sales Manager who reports directly to Alastair Moore, Nickerson Direct’s recently-appointed Director of Sales.
Nick Wallace, Regional Sales Manager (Scotland), will supervise the activities of the Scottish Team, which includes Seed Specialist Douglas Bonn and a number of agents. Nick, who has 30 years experience in the seed trade, lives at Alyth in Perthshire.
Sean Lovegreen, who has been promoted to Regional Sales Manager (North), will supervise the activities of Nickerson Direct Seed Specialists Sean Corey, James Allis, Chris Blashill and John Challans, as well as providing support for the company’s agents in the Northern Region. Sean is based near Richmond in North Yorkshire,
Alec Nicholson, Regional Sales Manager (South), will supervise Nickerson Direct Seed Specialists Simon House, Simon Montgomery, Rob Blackman and Mike Duell, together with agents in the Southern Region. Alec lives near Arlesford in Hampshire.
Within Nickerson Direct, Simon Broddle continues as Forage Product Manager supporting the sales of all forage products, Paul Hart remains as Potato Product Manager and Alastair Moore manages the company’s agents/distributors in Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man
