Einstein is the highest yielding fully recommended nabim Group 2 bread-making variety on the on the 2007 - 8 HGCA Recommended List.
Einstein has a similar yield potential to the highest yielding feed wheats, stiff, short straw, and has performed extremely well across a range of situations including first, second wheats and late drilling.
Einstein has good all round disease resistance, particularly to eyespot which is very unusual in a breadmaking variety. Einstein has good grain quality which is suitable for both domestic and overseas grists. Einstein is also suitable for organic situations.
