RETRIEVER is a 2-row feed winter barley with an exceptionally high yield potential when fungicide treated and no major agronomic weaknesses. It has also performed very well in the HGCA North region.

Retriever has short straw, similar lodging resistance to Cassia and a broad foliar disease resistance spectrum that includes resistance to the commonly occurring strains of Barley Mosaic Virus and good resistance to yellow rust and Rhynchosporium.
