Husbandry Guidelines

DECANTER is a high yielding spring malting barley with very stiff straw and good resistance to ear loss and brackling. Excellent all-round disease resistance is combined with earlier maturity than Optic. Decanter has malting characteristics which are of particular use to the grain distilling industry.
