All Nickerson products should reach you in perfect condition. If you are dissatisfied in any way with their condition on arrival, please let us know within 14 days. You agree that proof of delivery from our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. You will also mark on the proof of delivery if the goods have not arrived in a satisfactory condition.
If the goods need to be returned due to a fault or error by Nickerson then we will arrange for collection within 14 days of your notification. We will refund the sale price of the goods and any haulage paid within 14 days of the return receipt. We are only liable for the cost of the goods (plus any carriage charge) as quoted on the website.
All prices featured on the web shop include delivery. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to the following postcode areas:
ZE, KW, HE, IV, IM, BT, GY, JR, PA, plus the Scilly Isles and the Republic of Ireland (ROI).
We reserve the right to revise any delivery charges in the event of carrier price increases or other unforeseen circumstances. We will advise you of any increased delivery charges before payment is taken.
Orders are despatched promptly by parcel carrier or pallet network, but please allow 2/3 days for standard delivery when ordering before noon to mainland United Kingdom. Orders placed on weekends and Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day. Please note: Gallop and Schooling, Stud Paddock and Stallion Paddock mixtures are made to order and take 5-7 working days to be delivered*
You will receive an order acknowledgement by email. Small items are sent by TNT and larger ones by The Pallet Network. We reserve the right to use other couriers when necessary. We unfortunately cannot deliver on a nominated day.
